
Information Notice within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data
DR. ÖZGÜL İŞÇEN will hereinafter be referred to as (“the Company”). As the Company, we attach utmost importance to the security of the personal data of our employees, customers, business partners, and all other individuals with whom we have business relationships. With this awareness, as the Company, we attach great importance to the processing and storage of all personal data of our employees bound by employment contracts, our business partners with whom we have service or procurement contracts, and all personal data of our employees in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). We process your personal data in accordance with the KVKK and within the limits mandated by legislation, as explained below.
1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected by our Company, based on the contract between us, through automated or non-automated methods, verbally, in writing, digitally, or electronically, in workplaces and related areas. Your personal data may be processed by being created and updated as long as the contractual relationship or obligations arising from the contract continue.
The race of individuals, Personal data such as ethnic origin, political views, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are considered special categories of personal data. For employees with employment contracts with the Company, your special categories of personal data regarding health, criminal convictions and security measures are collected and processed within the limits of legal obligations as per the employment contract between you and the Company, in accordance with the Labor Law No. 4857 and other relevant legislation.
If you are provided with a mobile phone, vehicle, or computer, your personal data may be processed for maintenance, repair, and productivity purposes.
Your collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) for the purposes of fulfilling our contractual obligations, ensuring the continuation of Company activities, organizing work, fulfilling employer responsibilities, ensuring occupational safety, managing, supervising and performing work, fulfilling our responsibilities regarding public institutions and organizations, and ensuring employee safety.
2. To Whom and Which Personal Data is Processed Purposes for Which Personal Data May Be Transferred
The Company may transfer personal data to suppliers, business partners and business contacts, security units, public institutions, relevant ministries and directorates, public institutions and legal entities assigned in accordance with labor and social security laws, public institutions authorized by law, and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), for the purposes of fulfilling its contractual obligations, ensuring the continuation of the Company's activities, organizing work, fulfilling employer responsibilities, ensuring occupational safety, managing, supervising and performing work, fulfilling our responsibilities in relation to public institutions and organizations, and ensuring the safety of employees, including but not limited to the following:

Your personal data may be transferred in any verbal, written, electronic or digital medium, in accordance with the purposes stated above, primarily in accordance with labor and social security laws and contractual rights and obligations, and to fully fulfill the Company's responsibilities arising from employment contracts, service contracts to which it is a party, and laws. and is acquired with the aim of ensuring that it can be fulfilled correctly. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and for the purposes stated in this text.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company in writing, our Company will finalize them within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days after verifying your identity, depending on the nature of the request, within the periods specified in the Law.
In this context, personal data subjects have the right to:
Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
Request information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
Request the correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and request that the action taken in this context be notified to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred. Request,
to request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and to request the processing carried out within this scope.
You have the right to: Request notification of third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; Object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems; Demand compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data. In accordance with the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), you must submit your request regarding the exercise of the rights mentioned above to our Company in writing.
